ここはハーバーに面していて開放的な雰囲気です。店員さんは多くの事を気遣いしてくれて優しいです。チリクラブがとても美味しいです。今度行った時は魚料理や肉料理と食べてみたいです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

もっと美味しい中華料理はあるのかも知れないけど、個人的にはかなり美味しい。 麻婆豆腐は山椒系かな。頼んだもの全てが美味しかった。 満足満腹！また行きたい。 終盤に食べてる途中のものを片付けられたのは自分の英語力の問題だなぁ。

Another fine dining establishment at the modern Sentosa Cove development is the Blue Lotus Chinese Eating House. This is actually a sister restaurant of the flagship Saint Pierre restaurant of the same company (just a few minutes’ walk away), which has also made our Top 10 list of the best restaurants in Sentosa. Rather than French, the flavours here are of course all Chinese, although Blue Lotus has certainly given traditional dishes more of a modern touch. Examples of this include their borderline-fusion crispy Sichuan-style fish and chips, their Wagyu beef and foie gras fried rice and their range of other changing dishes take full advantage of fresh seafood like lobster and crab. Traditional red paper lanterns attempt at making the decor fit with the food, although the surroundings don’t wow us too much, leaving room for their inventive and delicious dishes to do all the talking.
