Отличный ресторан на территории отеля Sheraton Samui Resort. Открытая терраса в тени деревьев - солнце не мешает. Еда очень вкусная, отличное обслуживание. 3 раза здесь обедали по меню Blue Monkey и ещё 1 раз по меню соседнего Long Talay. Заказывали: - Black Vongole - black squid ink spaghetti with clams, garlic, olive oil, parsley and white wine, 380 THB. - Seared Salmon Fettuccine with white wine dill cream sauce, 450 THB. - Tod Mun Goong - deep-fried prawn patties served with plum sauce, 280 THB. - Seafood Spaghetti - tomato sauce, seafood and sweet basil, 450 THB. - Classic Penne Carbonara - cream sauce, egg-yolk, bacon and parmesan cheese, 350 THB. - Southern Thai Style Grilled Seabass and Rice Salad - finely sliced herbs, lemongrass, kaffir lime lea, long beans, and bean sprouts creating a fragrant and perfumed mix tossed with rice, 450 THB. - Spaghetti al Pesto with Prawns - fine spaghettini tossed with fresh basil pesto and a silky broccolini passata, enriched with pine nuts and Parmigiano Reggiano. Topped with delicate tiger prawns gently poached in aromatic olive oil infused with garlic, lime , and thyme, 490 THB. - Paleo Mexican Tuna Tostada - sustainably sourced tuna lightly dressed with lime, mustard, and sesame oil, served over a crisp tostada and finished with fresh, creamy guacamole, 390 THB. - Fresh Coconut, 150 THB.

Beachfront bar at Sheraton hotel. Fire show at 8pm, lasts 20-30 minutes. Smaller show than at bigger/busier parts of the island. The food selection is a mix of Thai and western food. Quality is fine, but not high. I’d search elsewhere for higher quality food and better atmosphere. Location is convenient if you like this beach or are staying nearby. Service was friendly and prompt. Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
