The perfect antidote to a hot day in the sun is certainly always sashimi & champagne… I had been wanting to visit Raw & Spritz after walking past earlier in the week, so stopped by and was lucky enough to be treated to the best service & food I’ve experienced in Samui so far. I later found out that the restaurant wasn’t officially open that day, but News was so kind and made me some delicious fresh sashimi & sushi anyway, and as a bonus some great conversation. All the produce is locally & ethically sourced, with the food meticulously prepared with minimal waste. A true gastronomic vision in Samui - must try! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
