Terrible service. Came for fries, so I order the grilled chicken + fish and chips set. No fries came, they replaced with roasted potato without informing. Roasted potato is bland, came nothing close to fries. Requested to change to sweet potato fries but was told that it’s impossible and I have to reorder. Food is not great (fish is tasteless as well), but experience is worse. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As it was still the CNY period, we decided to enjoy an early dinner at Bowen's. We ordered Bowen’s Signature Spaghetti with Prawns and the Chicken Chop, and chose to add on the optional mushroom soup set to our mains. The signature spaghetti truly lived up to its name — perfectly cooked and served with three large, fresh prawns. The chicken chop was generously portioned and value for money, but we felt quite thirsty after having the chicken set. The garlic bread was nicely toasted and paired wonderfully with the mushroom soup. Service was attentive and pleasant. Overall, it was still a good dining experience.
