I called to reserve a table on 5 Jan for a party of 5 for 10 Jan to celebrate my wife's birthday. On 10 Jan at 12 noon, I called to make sure that my table is reserved for our celebration at 1 pm. When we arrived, we were ushered to an outdoor seating, even though it was raining. The waitress even told us that the seats are wet. I mean seriously?! The rain is not a sudden event but has been on since morning and you expect your customers to eat in the rain. We were told to wait for 30 minutes, and the call didn’t come after 40 mins, so we went somewhere else. We have been a customer since the days when you serve your steaks with a pair of tongs from a large plate and sad to say, those days are gone and so did your service standard.

Even though we had booked, they wanted to seat us in arm chairs round a low coffee table, not in upright chairs at a dinner table. Even foodcourt has better seats. Won’t be back.
