7種のジンとシグネチャーカクテルをいただきました。 ジンの飲み比べも丁寧な説明とあわせて、加水後の変化や、それぞれの持つ特徴に合わせた割物で楽しむことができました。 ウイスキーも作っているとのことでしたが、売り切れとのことでありつけませんでした。次回もまた伺いたいと思います。

What an incredible experience at Brass Lion Distillery! My husband and I attended the Gin School and had a fantastic time. From learning about gin and tasting different expressions to creating our own bespoke blends, every part of the experience was fun and engaging. A special shoutout to our ginstructor, Marta, whose passion, knowledge, and energy made the session truly memorable. We also had the pleasure of chatting with Satish, one of the co-founders, and loved hearing more about the story behind Brass Lion. Highly recommend the Gin School for anyone looking for a unique experience. Thank you to the entire Brass Lion team. We’ll definitely be back!
