I recently visited this bakery and left with mixed feelings. There is a lot to love here, but a few operational "cracks" kept it from being a five-star experience. The Highlights: Aesthetics & Atmosphere Creative Flair: The decorations on the pastries and cakes are stunning. It’s clear there is a lot of talent in the kitchen; the treats look like edible pieces of art. Prime Location: It’s situated in a great spot, making it a convenient stop for a quick break. Quality Coffee: I ordered a coffee and was genuinely impressed. It was well brewed and hit the spot. Friendly Vibe: The staff member who helped me was smiling and pleasant throughout our interaction. The Low Points: Communication & Pricing While the atmosphere was nice, the logistics were a bit frustrating: Misleading Pricing: The price list displayed a coffee at 33, but when I went to pay, I was shown a separate "new menu" with higher prices, 38 for the coffee. While I accepted the change, it’s quite misleading for customers to see one price on the wall and be charged another at the register. Ordering Confusion: Despite speaking slowly and clearly, and having the assistant acknowledge my order, things got lost in translation. I specifically asked and confirmed if I had been charged for my croissant; he assured me I was, yet it wasn't included or paid for in the end. Value for Money: The prices here are on the higher side—comparable to a Starbucks—which makes the communication errors feel a bit more significant. Final Thoughts This place has so much potential because the products and the location are top-notch. However, they really need to update their physical price lists to remain transparent and practice more active listening during the ordering process. It’s a shame when a "smily" service still results in the wrong order. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Nice little bakery with some dine area. Nice Pistachios pudding bread with cute little sheeps. Latte not bad too. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $50–100

They definitely have the best chocolate croissants/rolls I've ever tasted. The pretzel rolls are definitely of German quality , which you don't usually find in Hong Kong, and the bread isn't as soft and soggy as you often find elsewhere. We shop here regularly, and even though it's a bit more expensive, the chocolate croissants and pretzel rolls in particular are more than worth the money.
