I had a very negative experience at this shop due to the inconsistent application of their "Buy 3 Get 1 Free" promotion and the unprofessional attitude of a staff member (Chinese Malaysian). On my visit, I was told the promotion was not available. However, immediately after I paid, I overheard the same staff member offer the exact same promotion to the customer behind me. When I questioned her about this, I received a very dismissive and rude look. This was not an isolated incident. The next day, I saw the same staff member (who was off-duty at the time) and asked again about the promotion, and she once more said no. Yet today, she was in the shop actively announcing the "Buy 3 Get 1" deal. This inconsistent treatment makes customers feel singled out and judged. Due to this repeated poor service, I will no longer be shopping here. I urge the management to look into this matter seriously, as this kind of staff behavior is damaging to your business and reputation. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One of the staff was super rude! Asked for a plastic bag but was totally ignored. Plse have the courtesy to ask customer if plastic bag is needed even if we have to pay for it! DONT JUST IGNORE CUSTOMER'S REQUEST AND WALKED AWAY! BREAD JUNCTION- your staff need to go for more quality service delivery courses!
