Disappointing late-night experience. Visited this coffee shop around midnight. Although there were staff present, no one was taking orders. I sat there for a few hours and only managed to order one cup of drink because the staff were mostly sitting down and not attending to customers. For a 24-hour coffee shop, it is reasonable to expect at least one staff member actively taking orders for dine-in customers. This experience was frustrating and does not meet the expectation of a 24-hour operation. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

The KPT coffee staff members are very rude and always give customers black face. The coffee standard varies, depending on the staff who is making coffee. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
