how you expect customer to drink right next to the plastic handle. I open the lid to adjust the mouth opening end up scalding myself and spill all over. Staff still can use phone while letting customer slowly wait. Really have issue with this outlet. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Extremely RUDE cashier with a major attitude problem!! I've been to this BreadTalk a few mornings in a row, and honestly, the cashier has been consistently rude EVERY SINGLE TIME. I get that people can have bad days—we all do—but this is beyond that. It's like she's trying to make everyone's day worse on purpose. This morning she literally yelled at me just because I didn’t hear her clearly when she mumbled "payment by?" Sorry, but if you're going to work in customer service, maybe try talking to people like, I don’t know, they're actual human beings? And it’s not just me—I've seen how she treats other customers too. One morning she was bagging someone’s breads like she was mad at the bread. Tossing them around like they were garbage. Totally unnecessary. It’s uncomfortable and honestly kind of embarrassing as a customer standing there. BreadTalk, you seriously need to look into this. One bad employee with a bad attitude can ruin the whole vibe of your store. There are plenty of friendly, respectful people out there who would love a job like this—maybe find one of them instead?
