Absolutely unacceptable experience at Saizeriya. We specifically ordered a vegetarian dish, yet were shockingly served pork instead. As Hindus, consuming pork goes against our religious beliefs, making this an extremely serious and offensive mistake. The carelessness shown by the staff was beyond disrespectful. What was even more appalling was the complete lack of accountability from the branch. Not a single sincere apology was given, no manager came to address the issue at our table, and there was absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation professionally. The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed zero empathy towards the seriousness of the incident. Serving pork to customers who ordered vegetarian food is not a small mistake — it reflects poor standards, negligence, and a complete disregard for customers’ dietary and religious concerns. Truly one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way this situation was handled.

Food is what you would expect from any Saizeriya. My dessert came in dirty plate and utensils. My table and tissue box also had oil stains on them. The staff seem hardworking. Meal type: Lunch Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
