The buzzer is terrible, understand this is meant to buzz diners to collect/pick up their order. But you have to take into consideration for those who dine in. This is really a very unpleasant and worst dining experience that I encountered. Despite telling the staff about it but none seems to care. I would not even recommend to anyone to dine here. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I always buy their goods almost daily and support them without fail. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews over the years, but I have never experienced them until today. I always purchase their food with my credit card, but today suddenly the rude cashier says no credit card. I did not bring cash with me and I don’t have enough funds on my paynow. So I have to resort to put back certain item so that I can afford to pay. After I say I will be paying via paynow, she keeps insisting me to pay via other method. I was holding back the line and it was so embarrassing. Don’t think I will be going back there again. Today the Cashier is rude and obnoxious. They Just loose another customer. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
