Seems like there is a change of owner and the quality dropped. The dough of the sausage floss bun I bought today is not fully cooked. Variety of bread decreased. Did not get their coffee after reading recent review. The previous team of ladies were good in both quality of food/drink and quick service. Food: 1

The bread and service from the previous crew were excellent. However, the entire crew changed suddenly and the bread quality declined significantly (burnt breads, out of shape breads and also limited variety) and service became noticeably slower. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You have lost a customer, for good. I bought a cup of iced lemon tea from you, and requested that i need a straw becos the drink is spilling over me when i sip from the cup. To which you insisted that you cant becos the straw is only for drinks with fruits. Each time i drank, I had liquids spillin over me. The cup isnt ergonomic to be drunk directly from at all. This is a ridiculous policy which imposed on consumers. Goodbye. Service: 1
