have been a few times, and the standard seems to vary quite a bit. during my first time, it was dinner. the meat in the lamb rib confit was very, very tender, and well seasoned. pasta was also pleasing. however, during the most recent visit the lamb rib confit was tough, and not seasoned all the way through. the garlic broccoli that was supposed to come with it was just boiled broccoli. the duck confit was mostly hard and dry, and also tasted quite hanyi, not fresh. felt disappointed because we trusted the previous quality enough to come on a birthday occasion. Price per person: $30–40

During my lunch time, i went to brio and ordered sirloin steak set lunch, comes with soup. We had to wait a long time after ordering. After awhile, my tablemate soup arrived first and my soup arrived 10mins later after i reminded the staff twice. The wait was very long, after sometime the steak finally arrive but it was super tough and cant be slice by their knife even when i was forcefully cutting it until the table shake, so i told the staff and they replaced it with a blue rare steak and insist that it is a medium rare steak. I had to pull up a photo to prove that it is a rare steak not medium rare. At that point i already ran out of time as my lunch time is only 11:30-12:30, and it was 12:20+, i wanted a refund but couldnt get it. So i left without eating anything and paid $20+ which is not cheap for a steak. You guys can judge with the photo whether the steak is medium rare or rare. I still want my refund because i am left hungry after paying $20+ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Brio at Jurong Point never disappoints. The portions are generous enough to satisfy even the hungriest appetite, and every dish I’ve tried has been excellent — flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff are warm and attentive, making the dining experience feel welcoming and relaxed. Prices are very reasonable given the quality and size of the meals. I’ve been here several times already, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a hearty, satisfying meal.
