Food is tasty - but this restaurant is closed half the week! Pretty annoying! And then they complain that they don’t have enough business lol

Okay, this is trying to be a constructive criticism. I’ve ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra mushrooms to take away. Pros: -lovely and welcoming staff -pizza was done in 10 minutes -thin crust well baked -overall flavour was okay Cons: -crazy amount of cheese, it was so overpowering and greasy (from all the cheese) I couldn’t taste any of the other ingredients and I was covered in grease. The crust to toppings ratio was so disproportionate. It was just a very thick cheese disc on top. The shredded cheese didn’t even melt on the bottom, that means it’s way too much. I usually would have at least half of a pizza myself, unfortunately I could barely eat two slices, it was too heavy. One of the cheese used also tasted very artificial and just not something I’ve ever found on an authentic Italian pizza -the crust tasted frozen as well, like it was made from a frozen dough Italian ppl are not obese despite their cuisine know to have so much pizza, bread, pasta, cheese..and that’s because the ingredients are authentic and are used in a well balanced matter. I’m sorry guys, I really wanted to love it. Maybe I need to try some of your other dishes as well. Price per person: $100–150 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
