We had a wonderful time at the Bud of Joy baking session at the National Museum of Singapore. The session was fun, hands-on and very well run, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Special kudos to Her-Yi, the owner, trainer and baker, who made the whole experience so enjoyable. He was patient, encouraging and engaging, and you can really feel his passion for baking and teaching. He made everyone feel comfortable and involved, which made the session even more meaningful. The bakes were fresh, delicious and clearly made with a lot of care. Overall, this was not just a baking activity, but a lovely experience from start to finish. Highly recommended. Their cakes and other pastries are top notch and very nice. Their ingredients are all natural, and definitely super healthy. The best part is that the taste is still good and not affected by the healthy ingredients. It's also not overly sweet. Often get from here, 100% recommend. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Vegan Pineapple Tarts, Hot X Bun, Pandan Chiffon, Organic Orange Marmalade, Orange Cake, Rich Chocolate Fudge Cake, Pulut Hitam Breae
