While walking through the alleys of Insa-dong around lunchtime on Saturday, I found Insa Dodam House, which I had searched for in advance. There didn't seem to be anyone waiting, so I just went in. There is a waiting list written on the back of the door and you have to wait for about 20 minutes. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we entered. Bibimbap, marbled bibimbap, and pork were added. The interior and exterior of a hanok is preserved as it is in Insa-dong, and the soft lighting... The clean food was all impressive and it was a good time. For bibimbap, you could choose between soy sauce and red pepper sauce. The meat of the additional pork was not thin, but I remember it being tasty and not tough. There are chain stores in Insa-dong and other locations, and I think it was one of them. One of them had a brewery, so I think it said that if you visit on a weekday, you can get unlimited refills of makgeolli.
