#里門ソルロンタン #이문설농탕 #トガニタン #ソルロンタン #ソウルグルメ Jonggak Station Solar Gardenから徒歩5分。路地裏にあって本当に分かりづらいんだけど、日曜日の夕方４時頃なのに超満員。知る人ぞ知るソルロンタンの名店らしい。 敢えてトガニタン（膝軟骨スープ）をいただく。ソルロンタンよりも軟骨な分、トロトロに溶けてて、白湯スープのようで美味しい。味は薄めなので、塩コショウで調整。スープ系で過去一のお店でした。

Some things are best kept traditional, and Imun Seolnongtang's Ox Bone soup has withstood the test of time. I came here for breakfast with the intention of checking this place off my list of cultural holdouts from Korea's food scene -- but man, was I impressed. I came here several times for breakfast. The broth is simmered overnight to maximize the transfer of flavor, leaving a slightly milky white base of soup that you garnish to your delight. Thin slices of beef, noodles, and rice are added to the soup base to provide a delectable taste that is just a pleasant experience that has been enjoyed by the people of Seoul for more than a century.
