シンガポールで一番のレストランだと思いました。 まずおいしすぎます！！！ 全て美味しかったですが、フィッシュが特に！ イタリアンでこんな美味しいフィッシュ食べたの初めてです。ふわっふわでビックリしました。 見た目も美しくて、おいしいって最高すぎませんか。 週一で行きたいレベルのレストランです(週一では行けませんが) 高価なレストランですが、素敵なお料理で素晴らしい接客なので大大大満足です 次は何かの記念日の時に行きたいナｯ よろしくmy darling. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

Generally 4 stars across the lunch set is light but the menu is thought out—- service of the staff was as expected for a michelin star and the interior is very relaxing Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This experience is a bit dated from September 2021 but ever since that every time I pass by Buona Terra shop front along scott road it reminds me of how badly we were being treated by the restaurant and a double birthdays ruined in 2021 hence I eventually decided to share my experience now . This is a perfect example of how poor attitude on phone and unprofessional customer service totally spoils a place for diners . On 17th September 2020 while dining at the restaurant we made a birthday dinner reservation one year in advance ( yes 365 days in advance for same date next year 17th September 2021 with one of your male servers face to face while we physically dinned at the restaurant at that time of making the reservation ) . And a few days ahead of the birthday reservation date in the following year in 2021 I called ahead as I didn’t receive any reminder closer to the date ; only from the call I was told that the restaurant is closed for months long renovations and there is no existing reservations at all before the guy impatiently hung up the phone !?!? No apologies what so ever and he talked dismissively as if you are making things up to waste his time . All I got in response over the phone was the repeated ’’there is no booking the restaurant is closed until xxx’’ What the !You didn’t even have the courtesy to inform your customers when you are unable to fulfil a reservation that was booked LONG in advance! Please bear your risk of having your meal plan ruined without notification. I struggled to find an alternative birthday celebration restaurant in such short notice but I was still glad I didn’t just show up with my group to the closed restaurant if I didn’t call ahead ! We thought we had made Buona Terra our tradition for celebration every year. We had great experiences in both food and hospitality previously on 17th September 2019 and on the same date in 2020 prior to this nonsense in 2021 ; In 2019 the night they received the one star Michelin we were there and we felt so lucky to be their first table after the star ! the same date in 2020 we made the one year in advance booking for 17th September 2021 directly with the restaurant on the spot . We totally didn’t expect they would ruin our following year’s birthday celebration in such unacceptable unprofessional manor ! Meal type: Dinner

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we are genuinely sorry to read about the disappointment you describe.That said, we would like to clarify that we have no record of any calls or enquiries regarding this situation, and unfortunately we are unable to trace the reservation or the phone conversation you mentioned. The only period during which the restaurant was closed for an extended renovation was immediately after Covid, in 2021. If you are referring to that time, we find it unusual that this review is being shared several years later, which makes it even more difficult for us to investigate or assist retrospectively.We truly value the memories you mention — including celebrating with us in 2020 — and it saddens us to hear that this experience has overshadowed your previous visits. If there has been any misunderstanding, or if the incident may have involved a different establishment, we would very much like to clarify this properly.We kindly invite you to contact the restaurant directly so we can better understand what happened and see how we may assist or make amends where possible.
