Spacious outlet located at level B1 inside NEX Mall. Service isn't fast though, even though not crowded, my order took almost 15mins to be ready. Also their freezer seems not cold enough as my Hershey's pie arrived pretty defrosted. Disspointing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Today, I bought a Whopper, 1-1 onion rings, 2 burgers for $6, 2xSjora lychee drinks and 1x hot chocolate for $2 each. The Whopper is the best burger of all the fast food establishments. Loved the slightly burnt taste of the patty and the buns are so delightfully soft. Also,I find it very convenient to use all the coupons in one receipt. You cannot do that at McDonald’s. The Sjora lychee drink was very delicious and it doesn’t have a strange artificial taste. The hot chocolate was just perfect and not too sweet. Last year, I had a hot chocolate at Burger King in Grantral Mall near Tai Seng MRT. That hot chocolate tasted like hot plain water with a tinge of chocolate. It was terrible I told the staff & all he said was it is how it tasted. I was so disgusted that I never went back there again! Thank God the NEX branch was totally different. I would also like to commend Mr Ashwin for his excellent service with a smile. I told him that the dustbin was full and he immediately went to fix the problem. We recently celebrated my boy's birthday party at Burger King NEX, and I want to give a big shout‑out to the amazing team who made it such a success . Special thanks to the BK party hosts Gia and Rodel, who truly made the party rock! The kids loved the fun games — from building burgers , to the “Know the Birthday Boy” quiz , and exciting puzzle challenges . Their energy, patience, and politeness exceeded all expectations. Even when the kids made a mess — spilling water, throwing papers, and leaving things everywhere — Gia and Rodel remained calm, cheerful, and kind. For most people, that would have been frustrating, but they handled it with grace and professionalism. I also want to thank Neti from Burger King HQ, who helped coordinate all the party logistics behind the scenes. Her support ensured everything ran smoothly and allowed us to enjoy the celebration without worry. I strongly recommend Burger King for parents planning a birthday party. And if you do, ask for Gia and Rodel — they are outstanding hosts who go above and beyond to make the celebration fun for everyone. A big thank you to Burger King, Gia, Rodel, and Neti for making boy’s birthday unforgettable . Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
