This review isn't for KFC in general, but specific to the PLQ branch. It's bad. There is a noticeable difference in service standards compared to other branches, and today was the final straw for me. Delivery-wise, I get assigned either this branch or the one at Bedok. Every time I see this branch come up, I expect longer wait-times. For some reason service at this branch is very slow. So much for fast food. Then there's the forgetting of food items. I've never tasted the full curry x sambal burger with the pouring sauce, because they've either forgotten the sauce, or like today, packed the sauce but not the actual burger. I'm visiting at off-peak hours of 4pm in the afternoon in a weekday. What the hell? How is the service so off? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 30–40

Visited the stall during lunch hour, the que is insane, nobody hint that needs to wait for more than 1 hour. staff seems unprofessional and slow. had to leave with empty becos no time to wait during lunch break. bad experience.. Meal type: Lunch

Was a busy day at work and thought of grabbing some comfort food / fast food to close the day! It was nothing but seamless experience, from using the kiosky to eventually receiving my food — did not wait too long! PLQ Mall store expectedly crowded but it looked well-managed. Staff were attentive and ensured readily available for additional requests, one of them is Jayson / Jason. Thank you! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
