My wife and I visited and I wish that we hadn’t. This was the worst Burger King experience that I have had and it is incredibly disappointing in so many ways. One: the order terminals didn’t work well outside the restaurant so you don’t get a receipt and cannot know your number for pickup. Two: the inside of the restaurant is dark, dingy and feels smoky from the fryers. Three: the double fish burger patties were so old and sitting so long that they were tough and spongy and impossible to eat. And finally, the worst of all, I saw an employee drop an onion ring from the basket when dumping from the fryer onto the floor. They picked it up and set it on the counter by the rest of the fries and rings and then a later employee subsequently served it. I don’t think this was intentional but the fact that it could happen speaks a lot to the quality and cleanliness and makes me wonder about the rest of the food at this branch. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper but not fully vegetarian friendly

I needed to write this review. I hv dined there a few times and enjoy it there with my kids. Although service can be a tad slow with just 1 server. I'm really OK with actually.. I don't agree w the mad rush of Singapore. I'm singaprean. But today, 2 elderly ladies likely in their 70s.. wanted to purchase their order at the counter but was confused or rejected. I'm not sure but I heard the counter staff tell her off rudely.. About not seeing something. And the elderly went back to have her seat looking confused. I had thought she already ordered and was checking for her order. She was waiting at the counter for sometime and before the telling off with money in her hand. After a while I realised she has yet to make her order and only til the other staff came out to take her order manually, was the order submitted and paid by cash. In this fast digital currency world, I understand it makes things faster for everyone but cannot assume these elder ladies know how to use the machines. And we don't hv to be rude to them or at least have the courtesy as staff in the service industry to be kind. Perhaps I also can't fully blame the counter staff. It was clearly an under staffed situation at lunch and was only 1 person mending the food prep servicing counter. Likely overhwlemed already hence the bad attitude. For the elderly they Likley also won't know how to really read the screen for their number to be called and the sound is so soft. They ended up waiting not knowing their food was on the counter. You can tell the elderly lady clearer was very embarrassed to keep going to the counter to check and be told off again. Who wouldn't? So they just sat and waited. I finally walked up to the 2 elderly ladies and asked if they needed help and served them their food which was sitting on the counter for a good 5min. Manager at the Toa Payoh brance, Toa Payoh is a mature estate with more elderly. I've heard this same staff at the counter tell people off rudely if they had a drink from outside. Sure it's not right to bring outside food in to BK. But it is very clear to me she isn't happy doing her job at all. If she is overhwlemed by the high traffic, something needs to be done to sort that out so others aren't disrespected for no good reason. It is sad to see people being mistreated one way or another. I also hope, Singaporeans who notice such issues be open to asking iif one needs help especially the elderly who may not be able to catch up w the speed Singapore is moving at. Had unexpleasant experience with aunty staff in pic.If ur shortage of staffs,dun take it out on customers.Waited n she "busy" don't bother acknowledging.Keep grumbling Food: 1 Service: 1
