Focused mostly on BBQ and meats, it has an a la carte menu and also a tasting menu where the chef prepares small plates. I like this format because it gives you the possibility of trying 10-12 dishes of the menu and really having a better understanding of the food they serve.
The ambiance is very laid back, with most of the seats overlooking the kitchen. Reservations are super hard to get, and getting as a walk-in is very very tough!
