大変美しい眺望です。街並みを一望できます。音楽の選曲については改善の余地があるものの、多くの外国人が集い、楽しい時間を共有しています。様々な国の方々と交流を深めることができるでしょう。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $80–90

We dined at CE LA VI Singapore on 31st October 2025 — our second time dining there — and once again, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The recent refurbishment is absolutely amazing. The refreshed space feels elevated, vibrant, and even more luxurious while still keeping that iconic rooftop atmosphere and breathtaking views. It truly enhances the entire dining experience. The food was exceptional. We began with the Tuna Crudo and Yellowtail sashimi, both incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The charred edamame was simple yet addictive, and the pan-seared scallops were cooked perfectly with a lovely caramelised crust. The standout for us was the daikon apple salad — it was so delicious that we’ve been trying (unsuccessfully!) to recreate it at home ever since. For mains, the Black Angus tenderloin was tender and flavourful, the red snapper was perfectly cooked, and the grilled broccolini rounded everything out beautifully. To drink, we enjoyed a bottle of Yalumba Unwooded and a refreshing Tropicool mocktail, which paired wonderfully with the meal. A very special mention to Meshna Mannan, who was incredibly attentive and made us feel thoroughly looked after all evening. He truly spoilt us by surprising us with a complimentary mango rice dessert on top of the dessert we absolutely didn’t need but happily ordered — the Dulce Miso Toffee (which was indulgent and delicious!). The mango rice dessert was fresh, light, and absolutely perfect for the Singapore weather — such a thoughtful and delightful touch. CE LA VI delivered on every level — service, food, atmosphere, and those iconic views. The refurbishment has taken it up another notch, and we’ll definitely be back for a third visit.
