12/31に予約して来店 【食事】. NEST OF FRIES(写真1枚目). MISO BARRAMUNDI & SEAFOOD PASTA(写真2枚目). ROBATA CHIKEN LEG(写真3枚目). ROBATA WAGYU STEAK(写真4枚目) 料理の量が多く、値段は高いがとても美味しい 寿司や刺身もあったので、日本人にも合う味なのかも お水は無料 【雰囲気】 特にテラス席は本当に素敵。 【注意ポイント】 ・12/31はマリーナベイサンズ周辺で花火が上がるので、交通規制が入るため、予約がないとお店があるエリアに入れない ・googleの席の予約からchopeというシンガポールの予約サイトに飛んだので、そこから予約。 予約には事前に1人$80のデポジットを払う必要があり、一度予約したら7日前までであってもキャンセルすると$80の50%しか返ってこない。12/31に予約する場合は絶対に行くとなってから予約した方がいい ・ネットからでは、席の指定ができないのとコースのみの予約になるので、テラス席が良い場合や、コースではない席だけの予約の場合は電話かメールで予約した方がいい ※テラス席は上に屋根があるので、もしテラス席で花火を見る場合は、1番海側でないと見れない。 ・2週間前に予約をしたが、すでに18:30-20:00の枠しか空いてなかった。年末の花火をこのお店で見たい場合は相当前から予約をしたほうがよいと思う. I recently visited JYPSY at One Fullerton and had a pleasant dining experience, made even better by its stunning location overlooking Marina Bay. The restaurant has a modern Japanese-inspired concept with a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere that works well for both casual meals and special occasions. For my meal, I ordered the fish and chips along with a side of corn. The fish was served hot and crispy, with a light batter that provided a nice crunch while keeping the fish inside moist and flaky. The portion was satisfying, and the fries were well-cooked, crispy, and seasoned appropriately. The corn was simple but enjoyable, offering a natural sweetness that complemented the savoury flavours of the main dish. One thing worth noting is the seating arrangement. While the outdoor seating offers beautiful views of Marina Bay and the surrounding skyline, it can get quite warm and humid, especially during the day or on less breezy evenings. The scenery is undoubtedly attractive, but for comfort, I would recommend requesting an indoor table if available. The indoor dining area is well air-conditioned and allows you to enjoy the same ambience without having to deal with the heat. Service was attentive and efficient throughout the meal, with staff being friendly and professional. Although prices are on the premium side, which is expected given the prime waterfront location, the combination of good food, excellent service, and beautiful views makes it worthwhile. Overall, JYPSY One Fullerton offers a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, and I would happily return for another visit.
