100% recommended! Friendly staff as they allowed me to borrow their personal charger and cable as my phone was running out of battery. Felt very grateful 感恩

Like the staff here. Always friendly and approachable. Can Chagee have more apps promotion/ discount for members on Monday and Friday haha fight the Monday bruises and celebrate TGIF

Chagee Guoco Tower: I'd like to commend one of your staff member (Wendy) for their exceptional hospitality during my recent visit. They were incredibly warm and friendly from the moment we arrived, and went above and beyond by helping us find seats and even personally bringing our order to our table. This kind of initiative and genuine care for customers is truly rare and made our experience so much more enjoyable. Please do pass on our heartfelt appreciation — they're a real asset to the Chagee team!
