Had our date night at Solo Ristorante! The spot is super cosy and relaxed, but with a refined vibe that makes every dish feel special. We went with a 4-course meal, kicking things off with warm crisp focaccia, refreshing hamachi carpaccio, melt-in-your-mouth foie gras, and decadent bone marrow topped with uni. Next was the Uni Tagliolini—silky, perfectly al dente, and packed with pure ocean umami. For mains, the super juicy medium-rare rack of lamb and fresh pan-seared fish in a rich tomato sauce somehow took the dinner to an even higher level. We wrapped everything up with the Solo Tiramisu for a classic, creamy finish. A solid spot for dinner—we're definitely coming back for that uni pasta! (And other dishes too).
