COA: Fun Agave Bar, But Be Ready to Queue We visited COA, known for its specialty in agave-based cocktails, and overall had a good experience. The vibe is lively and fun, with a cool atmosphere that makes it a great spot for a night out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which definitely added to the experience. The cocktails were well-made and solid, especially if you enjoy tequila and mezcal-forward drinks. That said, the queue was quite long, and the wait can feel a bit much depending on the night. It’s definitely worth trying at least once if you’re in Hong Kong and into agave spirits. But personally, I wouldn’t feel like I missed out if I couldn’t get in again. Still a good bar, just manage expectations and timing. Price per person: $250–300 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
