While it is a general norm for actual dishes to differ from pictures in the menu, the difference here is too stark. In addition, the quality of the ingredients and flavour of the burger doesn’t justify the price. They should remove the burger from the menu and focus on other mains. Had dinner with my colleagues at Collin’s NEX on a Wednesday night. We didn’t make a reservation, as we expected it to be less crowded since we were arriving early—and we were right. There were seats available when we arrived, and we were seated quickly. They were running a GSS (Great Singapore Sale) promotion on selected main courses, and the discounted options were actually quite decent. I went with the ribeye steak (medium rare), which came with aglio olio and corn on the side. The steak was impressively thick, cooked just right, and very flavorful—definitely worth it, especially at the promo price. For sharing, we also ordered grilled green peppers, the whole barramundi, and garlic prawns. My colleagues had a variety of dishes including fish and chips, chicken chop, and another steak dish similar to mine. All the dishes were well-prepared and satisfying. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, though it did get a little noisy as tables are quite close to each other, which is expected in a busy mall restaurant. Staff service was alright—nothing exceptional, but they were attentive enough. Overall, a good dinner experience with solid Western-style food at reasonable prices, especially with the ongoing GSS deal. Would recommend it if you're looking for a fuss-free meal with decent variety and generous portions.
