Pastas were so-so. Maybe stick to the grilled meats instead. Pricing is ok I guess. Probably won’t be back. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Misleading “Buy 1 Get 1” Promotion I visited based on the “Buy One Free One Lunch Set” promotion shown in the menu. The wording clearly suggests that purchasing one lunch set would entitle the customer to another full lunch set. However, I was informed that the promotion actually means buying a main and receiving only a free side or drink. This is very different from what is advertised. There was no clear indication in the main promotion that the “free one” was limited to a side or drink. The wording is misleading and creates the wrong expectation for customers. When I clarified with the front of house, he brushed off saying, "Well, that's how the company earns money." I hope the management can review and clarify their promotional wording to avoid confusion for future customers. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I recently dined at Collin's Shaw Plaza and had a mixed experience. The food was impressive, particularly the Tagliatelle Szechuan Duck Breast Alfredo, which perfectly blended Szechuan flavors with a delightful numbing peppercorn effect. The Argentina Ribeye was also generous and well-cooked. However, the service was lacking in attentiveness and the cleanliness left much to be desired, with plates and utensils feeling unclean (dirt and stains found). Overall, Collin's Shaw Plaza shows promise, but refinement is needed. 3.5/5 stars. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
