The menu is well-organized with enticing descriptions, making it easy to choose from their wide selection. The ambience blends casual comfort with a touch of sophistication. The rustic-chic aesthetic is enhanced by warm lighting, wooden elements, and playful pops of color, such as pink walls balanced with neutral tones and greenery. The bar and liquor storage areas are well-organized, reflecting a professional and well-maintained establishment. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it an inviting place for a casual evening out. Donkey and I, along with our cycling friends, were on a conditioning ride for an event in March when we passed by OwlsBrew at our halfway mark. The shop’s exterior caught our eye, and we were intrigued by its menu. We were warmly welcomed by the lady boss, who, despite her youthful appearance, exuded warmth and humility. She invited us to explore the shop and take pictures, and even her friends or staff (we weren’t sure) offered to help us with group photos. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to engage made us feel like more than just customers. Although we arrived just before closing time and the kitchen had already shut, the lady boss was incredibly accommodating. She even offered to reopen the kitchen just to fry some ikan bilis for us, but we declined, not wanting to trouble her. Instead, we had some potato chips, which were readily available. Despite the late hour, she never rushed us out, sitting with us patiently while we chatted and enjoyed the atmosphere. Her hospitality and sincerity left a lasting impression. OwlsBrew offers an extensive selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Their liquor shelves are stocked with whiskey, gin, vodka, and other spirits, while their refrigerator displays a range of beers (including Leo beer), wines, and canned soft drinks. Branding for Guinness and Orion beer further highlights their commitment to a well-rounded drink selection. One major plus is their net pricing—no GST or service charge—making the dining experience even better value for money. Although we didn’t get to try the food this time, the outstanding service and inviting atmosphere convinced us that OwlsBrew is worth returning to. Based on its positive Google reviews and the lady boss’s passion for her establishment, we are confident that the food will be just as enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
