We visited during lunchtime and were shocked by the lack of basic service. There was no one at the service counter, and after being seated, a menu was simply placed on the table with no explanation on how to order. While we were still having our soup and starter, a staff member abruptly brought the main dish and demanded that we move our dishes to make space, despite carrying only one plate. His attitude was rude and completely unprofessional. Despite this extremely poor level of service, a service charge was still imposed — which is frankly unacceptable. When we were settling the bill, an elderly couple at the counter also raised complaints about the waiters’ bad attitude, confirming that this was not an isolated experience. This was one of the worst dining experiences we have had. The service was careless, disrespectful, and far below acceptable standards. We will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It's always a pleasure to return. I love the wagyu snack which gave me foodgasm. My medium rare was so juicy and tender. To me, the chicken cutlets were too salty for me. Everything else is fine. Service was very fast. I didn't have to wait long for my food to arrive even at such peak hour. The staffs very attentive and focused. Very friendly too. Would come again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
