The food that we ordered are great. The laksa, signature fried rice and herbal chicken rice are very tasty. We went after 2 pm and it is not so crowded. The environment is very comfortable. The staff are very service oriented and courteous. Great place to have a relaxing meal. Price per person: $10–20

Do we have to give at least one star? I would give it a negative if it is possible. The most poorly managed establishment ever. Every time I patronise them, they get something wrong. Either they skip my order for some reason and the queue numbers after me all get their food before mine (even though they are items that are being cooked in the same station), or when I submit a pick up order via Grab only to arrive there to collect and be told the machine was off/down and they didn’t see my order. Service is always slow across various outlets or the staff are blur. Food is ok but not great. Price isn’t that cheap either. So I really don’t understand why people patronise them. I live across the road from one and I wouldn’t even go there anymore. Wise up people. There are other much better F&B places with better food, better service and who try harder and who has their act together who are more deserving of your support. They are still stuck in the old days, time to be eradicated. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
