Definitely the best grill pairing I've seen to date. Cheesy potato croquette, grilled asparagus and tomatoes, and chimichurri available. Food was adequate but nothing exceptional. Lamb which was requested medium rare did indeed come that way. The barramundi papillote was a unique and satisfactorily filling dish, but just on paper, based on the price, portion was a little small. For people who love the deep, earthy flavour of mushrooms, the four mushroom pizza is recommended for the generous mushroom toppings, but note that it has an acceptable but average crust. No other complaints, or specific commendations. I believe the place was understaffed this night. Our dishes took 25 minutes. Reservations are available so that's recommended, but not completely necessary. Good Western choice if in the area! Note: Barramundi Papillote's photo was minus one greedy scoop

Food was served quickly, and the portions were generous. Everything we ordered was delicious. The lobster pasta came with plenty of seafood, including clams, squid, two mussels, and three prawns, all in a rich and flavourful lobster broth. Service was excellent too. One of the male staff kindly suggested that we request the sauce for the Brussels sprouts on the side next time, as it might be too spicy for my girl. He also noticed a small fly hovering around our table when we first arrived and lit a candle to keep it away. Really appreciated these thoughtful touches. I enjoyed dining at Collin's Jurong Point Br. The food esp the pork ribs, mixed grille and wild mushroom soup were very good in all my visits. The chefs should be commended. The service staff who looked after our meal needs, Kok Chuan, Hui Zhen and Yu Xuan, were outstanding. Their menu knowledge, attention, efficiency and service were also outstanding. Thanks to them, our lunches had always been very enjoyable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
