Some of the staff were incredibly rude. They didn't greet me and just stared at me with annoyed expressions. The kiosk didn't work properly. The space was so noisy that I couldn't have a proper conversation. The seats were uncomfortable and the temperature was so high that I started sweating. It was a bad experience in many ways. Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I remember seeing this little teddy bear walking past a couple of years ago and finally popped in on my most recent visit to Seoul. Not only was this dessert adorable, it was also delicious. The atmosphere and artwork inside are really pleasant and they had a kiosk at the front door that I was able to order at with no difficulty. I'm a huge fan of those kiosks. There were plenty of available tables when I visited. Price per person: ₩1–10,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
