Absolutely lovely little place in Sainsbury's Kung Old Town. Only wanted a light lunch and a beer (off to Japan tomorrow), so stopped here; Table and chairs set up for us outside at our request with no problem. Ordered up the spring rolls and chicken wings. Both absolutely sublime, but the spring rolls were the best I've had. Recommended if you like small and local. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chillaxing in Sai Kung before heading to Tseung Kwun O for dinner, I visited Cafe Alley for a coffee and a seat to read a book to kill time. I got myself a cup of Flat White. I thought about getting a small one at the beginning, as I didn’t want too much caffeine in the late afternoon. But since I had more than an hour to kill, I decided to get a large one for HKD$4 more. And it was a huge cup of coffee! I almost wowed when it was served! Nevertheless, it’s a nice cup of coffee. Aromatic and smooth, and it’s not overly milky. I was told that this large Flat White contains two shots of coffee. Good lord! And it took me more than an hour to finish it, haha, just perfect!
