It’s uncomfortable to buy a buffet with money Last week there was a family member’s birthday, and my relative kk day bought a dinner buffet to celebrate at Momo cafe in Shatin. Relatives had already called to the restaurant early in the morning to request a round table so that we could eat cakes and take photos, but in the end they were given a table close to where the garbage was placed. So we went to the reception and asked to change the channel. Before we went to the front desk, we overheard a colleague in a black suit and another colleague in an orange shirt at the door, discussing us. They said to us, "What a hassle!" They clearly said that we had a BB when booking the channel, but when they arrived, they said they didn't have a BB, and they couldn't even adjust the channel to us! When we walked to the front desk, the two of them immediately stopped talking and helped us check in. They took a lot of time to scan our QR code to confirm our ticket. But in fact, we never mentioned that there was a BB all the way. They refused to change the channel for us. In fact, there were other "good stations" that night. I don't understand their mentality at all. I noticed all night that the two of them were chatting outside the door. This was a really unpleasant experience! It’s so sad that the boss hired these employees! When I left, I paid special attention to their names. One was named Samantha and the other was Rachel. I was really disappointed with these employees! If we didn’t get money from kkday early in the morning, we would have left as a family! It’s uncomfortable to pay for it! I was having a great time celebrating my birthday, but my two colleagues were not happy! As for the quality of the food, the price has already been met. The work efficiency of other employees is also good, but the attitude, mentality, and work efficiency of those two colleagues are really poor.
