Ever since its location to the tst 1881 and its merging with LUMA, it is never the same as the old cafe bau that won the Michelin. Food quality is ok but no longer can you taste the innovation and the fusion. Now it is just a generic western restaurant that has no association with ‘fine dining’ concept. Venue us significantly downgraded. Wine list has shrunken to a bare minimal. And food is very ordinary. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
