17時頃に行ったら客は誰も居なくてラッキーでした。ローストグースは皮がパリパリで美味しいです。ポークとハーフにしたけどそれぞれに別のタレをお勧めされて食べましたが、それぞれ美味しく食べて満足です。 あと、健康に良さそうなお茶を頼んだら自家製なのかペットボトルに入れたのが出てきた。薬膳的な味で好きな味でした。 近くに人気の同業のお店があり、そちらは一日中行列していますが、こちらのお店もお勧めですよ！. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: HK$50–100

平日17時頃だったので、空いてました。 ローストグースをいただきました。 タレは結構甘めです。タレをかけなくても充分美味しいと思います。少し肉の中心が冷たいところがあったのは残念でした。 空いてる時間だったからか、お姉さんが、タレ沢山かけな、とかチリソースもあるよ、とか気遣ってくれました でも、チリソースはかなり辛いのでご注意を！ 思ったより、ペロリと食べれちゃいました。 会計はオクトパス使えました。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

For a tourist, the food was pretty decent and worth trying. The roast goose was tender with a nicely roasted skin, but the real highlight was their secret sauce, which paired perfectly with the roasted meats and added an extra layer of flavor. The beef brisket noodle soup was okay—not something I would go out of my way for, but it was still enjoyable and comforting enough for a complete meal. Service:. Service was efficient and straightforward, exactly what you would expect from a traditional Hong Kong roast meat restaurant. Food arrived quickly, and the staff handled the crowd well. Cost:.
