This place is popular with cuhk staff and every Xmas/ CNY, I would take my staff there for buffet lunch. Over the years the service and quality of the food have fallen somewhat. The sashimi lacks taste, the soup and stir fry are too salty, the dishes are not refilled promptly and often left empty. I love lamb but the lamb rack served there has a pungent taste (like mutton) - the chef said it is sourced from Mongolia. The dessert bar is ok, pancakes are nice. The service can be slow and mixed, the staff need better training eg one of them seemed to have trouble working out that I wanted (a ‘latte’) and so ignored my order altogether and walked off. At least he should have asked someone else to help him. I am a Hyatt fan and do hope they can straighten things out ! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
