Recently I have made reservations (2 adults & 1 baby) with cafe mosaic to celebrate my hubby's birthday on 22 Dec 2025. Unfortunately my baby is falling sick & I have no choice to cancel the booking. There's no cancellation button via the email booking. So I didn't know what to do & just wait if there's anyone will call to check. Yesterday 12.55pm, 1 of your staff called me to confirm with my reservation & I have told him to cancel it. He is very rude & just hang up my call. Such a lousy service attitude. This is my first time wanting to try visit this restaurant & I will make sure I will never want to visit at all! Such a disappointment!
