Poor customer service: I do not recommend Cafe de Coral New Town Plaza and will not be returning. I ordered 2 takeaway dinners via the mobile app and closely monitored the display screen for my order to be ready at 8:11 p.m. while I was inside the restaurant. However, after 20 minutes, my order number still hadn't appeared on the screen, even though numbers that came after mine were displayed. Concerned, I approached the manager and the staff preparing the takeaway meals. I was informed that my meal had been ready for quite some time. They falsely claimed that it had been displayed and removed after 30 seconds, likely to cover up their poor practice. I disagreed with this, as I had been watching the screen continuously and did not see my order number. The manager himself needs to follow displaying order on screen procedures at least. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–150 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Baked Pork Chop Rice, Boneless Hainan Chicken
