The beef sandwich mentioned is prepared with Australian grass-fed beef tenderloin and our homemade tomato relish, which has been one of Caffe Beviamo’s signature items and best-selling sandwiches for the past 26 years. Taste is, of course, subjective, and we fully respect that it may not have suited your personal preference. We would also like to clarify that a beef sandwich together with a flat white would normally amount to approximately $ 32.37, not close to the $40 stated in your review, unless additional items were ordered. Regarding accessibility, our cafe is wheelchair accessible. The lower dining area (tables 1–7) is fully accessible, while access to the upper section is provided through the mall’s ramps. Our team is always available and happy to assist customers with strollers or mobility needs whenever required.
