My friend and I tried the La Classica set menu and it was absolutely satisfying. This place is a true hidden gem in Causeway Bay. The meal started strong with a trio of appetizers: · Tuna tartare – fresh and delicious. · Broken eggs with chorizo and crispy potatoes – mixing the runny yolk with smoky chorizo and crunchy potato shreds was a textural delight. · Tomato toast – a classic, light and refreshing palate opener. For mains, we chose: · Slow-cooked beef cheek – incredibly tender, with a rich, deep beefy flavour. · Mushroom and cheese risotto – aromatic and creamy, with every grain of rice coated in a luscious mushroom-cheese sauce. Dessert was a Basque burnt cheesecake with berry sauce – rich but not heavy. The perfect sweet ending. Highly recommended if it's your first time visit. Best value for money to try the authentic Spanish food in Hong Kong. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $400–450 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food here is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is made even better with a live band playing throughout the afternoon. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was when my friend prepared a surprise for me—the staff joined in with the live band singer to perform a song just for us.They also took us a polaroid and prepare a birthday card. It was such a heartfelt and memorable gesture. Overall, a wonderful experience filled with great food, music, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended! This was our sixth visit to Calle Ocho, and our second this month. It’s one of my favorite places to enjoy Spanish cuisine, especially paella , and it’s become one of our most-visited restaurants. Joy was incredibly helpful and friendly She assisted with the payment and redeemed my forgotten voucher. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience, we’ll be back soon!
