We were celebrating my husband’s 75 yr old birthday on 28/3 but I didn’t buy a cake bcos of time constraints as I wanted to catch the sunset at the rooftop of the Esplanade. The staff ( i forgot to ask for his name) said they didn’t have dessert when I wanted to order a cake. he was very considerate and kind and took the trouble to get us a chocolate cupcake and provided a candle for the occasion. I was very grateful for the kind gesture as he went the extra mile to make the occasion memorable and meaningful. I really apologized for forgetting to ask for his name. Overall the staff in Canopy Esplanade that night was attentive and respectful. We were very happy as we do not know how many more BD we will be able to celebrate in future.
