A waterfront French dining room that quietly nails the small things — especially on the occasions where small things matter most. We came to La Brasserie at The Fullerton Bay Hotel on 7 May 2026 to mark our eldest daughter's 11th birthday, and the evening landed exactly as hoped. We anchored on the Amex Platinum Table for Two and supplemented à la carte; the girls happily took to the kids' menu. Food was solid throughout, but the service is what we'll remember. Alan and Esther looked after us with warmth that felt genuine rather than rehearsed. The closing surprise — a printed family photo with a handwritten note from the team, gifted on our way out — was a lovely touch on a milestone evening. A practical tip: if you're an I Prefer member, the à la carte items qualify for a discount that meaningfully softens the bill on top of an Amex set. The high-ceilinged dining room works beautifully for special occasions and for hosting overseas guests. Worth the visit; we'd return.
