The member rewards redemption is A LIE It is not CLEARLY STATED that redemption of ice lemon tea is “redeem” by telling them i want to redeem The mode of ordering is via scanning QR code to order. but i can’t place the ice lemon tea order if i want to redeem it free. If i were to place the order for the ice lemon tea i have to pay for it as per normal. So to get the ice lemon tea redemption, i have to ask to get it from the staff rather then order it via their qr code and then offset it from the bill. It is disappointing that the way of redemption was not clearly stated The way the staff responded is totally unacceptable. “unable to offset” “you are still going to pay as per normal even if you redeem”

Attended wedding banquet at Hortpark Canopy in 2 Feb 2025. Overall felt that the staff are not trained or not sincere to hold wedding event at their premise. Here is why (starting from the entrance) : 1) No proper reception table to receive guests. Gave a low table and 1 speaker stand. How did they expect guests to sign wedding guestbook? 2) Aircon not working properly. 3) Waiters do not attend to you to ask if you need to top up your beverages. They should be trained to know that they were serving wedding guests and not patrons dining in normal restaurant setting. Not proactive at all. 4) They adopted color system to differentiate guests' choice of food. But in the end, waiters seem lost and serve wrong dishes to guests and left some guests to eat vegetarian food even though they ordered lamb rack. 5) Waiters shouted out loud in front of guests: "it's so messed up!", "we need to clear up tables so that we can go home early!". They are unprofessional and thoughtless to the wedding hosts. Every couple would want their wedding banquet to leave sweet memories behind. If Canopy is not sincere or experienced to hold such event, then they should just stick to restaurant dining business. Don't ruin one's wedding ceremony if you can't deliver it!

Been went to Alma, Quentin and also bread street kitchen but nothing beats the this canopy Garden Dining... if you looking for a place to bring your pets and also wanted to listen some classical R & B songs this is right choice !!Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, some Italian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.
