BTSブラカノンからバスで行きましたがタクシーの方が便利でしょう。シェフはイケメン韓国人シェフ。シカゴで修行してきたようです。お店に入って暫くbarで待ってから案内されます。カーテンで隠されているので中は全くわかりません。小部屋でシャンパンをいただきまた別の部屋へ。客席のあるフロアですがまずカウンターでシェフの挨拶から始まり最初のハモンセラーノからいきなり立ったままスタートします。料理は4300バーツ1つ。色々な演出が楽しめます。オープンキッチンですがカウンターは無いので調理を見ながら楽しむ事は出来ません。席はほぼ埋まっていたので予約はした方が良いでしょう。

Came back here after many years, realized I never wrote a review before. Overall, it’s a casual spot with simple food but done with good flavor. Nothing too complicated, just solid and enjoyable dishes. The pasta and mussels were nice, and the vibe is relaxed and easy. Interestingly, the restaurant wasn’t very busy at all, which actually made the whole experience feel more calm and comfortable. Service was generally fine, nothing to complain about. The only downside for me was the corkage — a bit hard to negotiate. For a place with this kind of casual concept, I feel like it could be more flexible.
