An Authentic Taste of Argentina in the Heart of Hong Kong! "If you’re looking for a top-tier steak, Carne's Argentinian Steak House is a must-visit. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, with a touch of South American charm that makes it perfect for a date or a quiet dinner with friends. We started with the Beef Empanadas, which were crispy and packed with flavor, followed by the Ribeye and Skirt Steak. Both were grilled to absolute perfection—juicy, tender, and full of that authentic charcoal-grilled taste. Don't skip the Provençal Fries (the garlic and parsley are addictive!) and make sure to pair your meal with a glass of their excellent Argentinian Malbec. We finished the night with the flan with Dulce de Leche, which was the ultimate sweet ending. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience even better. Argentine Dishes with Messi Present?
Prepared by Argentine chefs, featuring top-quality steaks from Argentina. A selection of Argentine wines, including Malbec and Torrontés. This time, I ordered:
Tuna Ceviche paired with Sirloin Steak, FILLET, along with a crispy Provençal Fries, and a glass of authentic Gls Alamos Malbec. Tuna Ceviche
It was indeed appetizing. The fresh, sweet tuna took center stage, cut into cubes, filling the plate with avocado . The flavor was rich, complemented by onions, cilantro, and chili, providing a complexity of textures with both the freshness of the seafood and a balance of sweet and sour that made it irresistible. This restaurant offers the most sincere Tuna Ceviche I've had recently, and the price is very reasonable. Red Wine
We ordered two glasses of red wine, Gls Alamos Malbec. Its rich fruity aroma and smooth texture perfectly enhanced the meal. It was one of the best inexpensive red wines I’ve had, pairing wonderfully with both the steak and the seafood. I really enjoyed it and kept sipping. Sirloin Steak
For the main course, I ordered the Sirloin Steak. Grilled slightly over charcoal, it had a charred exterior while still remaining tender and pink inside. Even with just a simple seasoning of salt, it was very satisfying. Retaining the meat's natural flavors, the steak remained fresh even half an hour after being plated. The FILLET performed well as expected. For beef lovers, there are many other options like ASADO BANDERITA, T-BONE, PRIME-RIB, Ribeye, Skirt, Tenderloin, etc. Provençal Fries
Fries often play a supporting role, but these Provençal Fries deserve praise as well. Their golden and crispy exterior held soft and delicious insides, presented in thick cuts.
