I'm loathe to 1 star a plae but it wasa bad experience. Waited for nearly an hour despite it being quiet. My girlfriend ordered a steak well done and it was rare. Blood coming from it. After notifying staff it was returned 10mins later still rare! The same steak seemingly. Heated up a bit? At this point we had to leave as my girlfriend had work and we hadn't expected to be 90 mins without eating and couldn't wait for another one to be cooked. The bill came and included the steak. I aaked for it to be removed off the bill but they refused. The owner was called (not Argentinian incidentally but not in of itself an issue) andsaid it was heated up and a replacement offered so I'd have to pay. I politely explained my girlfriend was unable to eat it as it was not what she ordered. He reluctantly offered a 50% discount on the steak. I paid as I couldn't be bothered to argue. The rest of the food was bad too but I was happy to pay for it as it was edible at least if bland, but it's shocking that I had to pay for an inedible steak. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
